We are selling whole, halves,and quarters of bison.
This meat is USDA inspected and can be cut to your specification.
Prime meat heifer: $1350
Prime meat bull : $1850
Processing and shipping costs are extra.
Delivery to processing plant is $300. Not charged if animal is picked up by customer.
